What is the Cosmic Shed?

There isn't going to be build up for this, the Cosmic Shed is me. Hi, I'm Paras Acharya. My name translates to 'Mythical Rock Guru'.

I'm a fiction writer and a journalist based out of Birmingham, UK. Since early 2025, I've been publishing news articles starting on Birmingham Eastside, and as of August 2025, I've got several articles published on BirminghamWorld and Central Bylines. These articles are primarily political, often local, featuring voices from politicians to activists to the guy who lives across your road.

In June 2025, I had a short story, Empty Lighter, published in BCU Anthology 2025. The rest of my fiction is largely available online, most notably on RoyalRoad. Three stories are in the works, largely science fiction and fantasy.

So, is there anything else? This isn't a dating profile, I write things, people read these things. How else am I supposed to advertise?
